Oh my guys, I made these. I had no idea they’d traveled so far.

Love Spark, glad I could contribute.

So I’ve been waiting for Glee to address domestic violence for a while now, or at the very least dating abuse/unhealthy relationships.
And while I have some issues with how they handled it, particularly not telling their viewers where to get help if they think they may be in an unhealthy or abusive relationship, I do like this part.

- Abusers often use manipulation to keep their partners in the abusive situation. Including things like:

  •  No one will love you but me.
  •  You don’t deserve anyone else.
  •   You aren’t worthy of love.
  •   You’ll be alone forever.

  Etc

They also make it very hard to feel loved, especially to feel love toward yourself. Because after all when you hear “you’re stupid”, “you’re worthless”, “you’re ugly”, “you’re a bitch”, how can we not internalize it after the millionth time (in a week).

You deserve to be loved. You are worthy of love.
And no one has the right to hurt you. EVER.

 - If you need help, you can call the National Domestic Violence Hotline 24/7 at
1-800-799-7233

- if you are a teen or young adult and believe you are experiencing dating abuse/domestic violence you can contact Loveisrespect.
You can chat with them on their website
You can text “loveis” to 77054 (standard message rates apply)
You can call them at 1-866-331-9474

what’s wrong with boobs anyway?  our culture demonizes, sexualizes, and stigmatizes what would otherwise be just another neutral body part.

Ahhhhh I love you Laci! So much! The top image set has been going around on Tumblr for a little while now and making be bracket face each time I see it. I love that Laci made a reply. She’s such an amazing human being. <3 Check out her YouTube channel!

Laci Green in my idol.

I saw the first set of photos first a few days ago, but the bottom set introduced me to Laci, and I love her message way more.

When I think about college..

When I think about college..

Please tell me how to get through college. I’m taking my first ever online classes this summer, during my first time ever taking summer classes. And I’m wrapping up week one and I already want to bail. Because I’m nothing if not always dragging my feet. See: how I got through High School? Kicking and screaming.
